WEB OF WYRD
Web of Wyrd is a symbol in Norse mythology that represents the interconnectedness of everything. It containes 9 staves of threads, depicting all norse runes. It signifies ties between past present and future, everything beein cause and effect at the same time, everything happening for a reason.

In creation of our tools every decision has a reason. Every aspect of every piece serves a purpose, every material chosen is best suited for it's task and environment each item is going to encounter.

DESIGN
Functionality is always fundamental for each of our designs as we create every tool - to be used.

After performance geometry and ergonomy is in place we focus on presentation.
Here we like to tell the story - of the material, intended use, inspiration or future owner.
STEEL
We explore many different kinds of steel, from classic Japanese carbon steel to high end powder metallurgy.
Every time we choose one one alloy over another - it is entirely to suit best intended use of the tool.
Our particular favourites includes all alloys from Damasteel, SG2 from Takefu, AEB-L, Magna Cut and Vanax Superclean

HANDLE MATERIALS
Far majority of our knives feature multiple materials on each handle. From copper pins, to brass liners to various composite materials like carbon fiber, Juma or Richlite.
All wood we use is stabilised: sumberged in penetrating resin it undergoes cycles of vacuum and high pressure - replacing air and moisture - making it highly moisture resistant.
All materials, where possible, are sustainably sourced; focusing on reclaimed and recycled.
We are most proud of our reclaimed wine and spirit barrel handles.
